I have spoken with the Wyong service multiple times now both in face and over the phone. They completely downplay what you say to the point of saying "oh well you sound fine" and "our service is only for people with complex circumstances" with little empathy to how the person is outside of the 2 minute phone call.

I understand if they are understaffed with the required doctors, but just more care and empathy would go a long way, since the people are already in such a bad state they need to go to them...

There aren't enough available doctors on the central coast, but I'd recommend anything but dealing with them, as you end the call feeling worse than before.

WTH!? I rang Gosford hospital tonight and 2 (two) staff, one by the name of Donna, after having given me bogus information, hung up on me for nor good reason!
Very impolite! Get some better telephone staff!!!!
