This used to be a fantastic practice that actually cared about its patients. Used to bulk bill when you were struggling, would follow up and call you back when you had issues. Always had friendly and caring staff and was a generally pleasant office.
Now however all they seem interested in is taking your money, lying and bundling you in and out.
Unprofessional and rude staff, when you ask why things weren't done they accuse you of being rude!
I highly recommend seeing anyone else. I must say the doctors themselves were amazing and still seem ok but under an increasing amount of stress. This poor review is only aimed at the management and staff.
I highly doubt they will take the time to read this review but I feel like people should know.

First time at our family's new local. Pre booked with app, but alas booking didn't go through. The staff were very helpful and were able to fit us in almost immediately. Dr very pleasant and understanding, vary pleased with our new local.

My complaint is about the centre. certainly not about my Dr. I have been seeing my doctor for many years prior to Ochre taking over. Years ago it was more personal when your Dr called to check up if you had something major happen. My doctor is great and the only reason I go they. The centre has no interest in their patients and is all about money. Years ago I advised the centre that I was I hospital and why and by the end of the day my doctor had called me back to see how I was... today I called and was advised to make an appointment or a telephone call and would cost the same as a standard appointment.... but they can not pass a message on unless I pay... will because I'm in hospital NOW that makes it really hard and they had no care at all... my doctor how was highly recommended to me and has always had the patients health in mind and genuinely cared is now only allowed to talk to his clients if paid for. Well once I'm out of hospital and able to visit my doctor I'm going to let him know he needs to find a practice that isn't so money greedy... the old to the new reviews speak for themselves... once a good medical centre how an over priced money greedy centre.. you can't blame the doctors they have spent years and plenty of money to look after us. The owner of the centre is probably an intitled rich person lining their pockets.
Shame on you Ochre

Booked an appointment for 10:10.. Tried calling them several times to cancel the appointment and their number was busy. Finally, when they picked all they had to say, that it would cost me money to cancel the appointment.
They are not there to help you, they are there to make you more sick.. I’ve been there several times and they always attend me late giving an excuse that the doctor is busy. And I had no issues in waiting.
Sleep well, eat healthy, exercise and follow a healthy lifestyle. Avoid these scammers. Go to the emergency if you think you will collapse.

I visited the doctor, who initially suggested that an X-ray was unnecessary, believing it wouldn't reveal any issues. Despite this, I insisted on a referral for the X-ray because I was confident something was wrong, as I wouldn't be there otherwise. Ultimately, the X-ray did show a problem! My advice: if you feel you need a referral, don't hesitate to ask. Some doctors may dismiss your concerns, thinking patients often overreact. While that may be true for some, it's not always the case. I wouldn't want to spend $100 there without taking anything away with them just say "you're right, you'll be fine".

Doctor Islam was great. Was respectful and helpful to my issues. Tanya in the pathology section is awesome. She was by far the most professional I’ve ever seen. Ta

Been good for almost my whole life, gone since I was a baby. Lately a doctor has cancelled on me twice in a row, then they didn't have spots for another doctor. This has happened twice and I've had to postpone my appointments. Not very happy lately.

Absolutely terrible experience will never attend the place again. They are awful and charged me an absurd amount for a 15 minute appointment, after making me wait 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment.
