Amazing and proactive reception staff always willing to help. Even when they are booked and busy they are able to make time for my kids. The Drs are approachable and value paitient care... taking time to listen even when they are super busy

5 stars for viv (i think was her name) working in the pathology/clinical labs area today for taking my bloods and making sure I was okay. Very gentle and good at what she does. Got a vein the first try (I really appreciate this as I hate the needles) where as usually it takes 3+ times and sometimes even have to look inbetween my fingers!

All of the interactions with Dr’s I have had at this clinic have been good. The Dr’s do seem to care and I have seen several different Dr’s and they all have in my opinion done their job thoroughly and treated me kindly. I have been to other clinics in the area and have just been treated as a number. I have never felt like this at Bay Village Medical Practice. I believe the fees they charge are reasonable after the Medicare rebate and I never have trouble making an appointment.
