I recently visited Moorebank Shopping Village Medical Centre with my 4-day-old son, and I was truly impressed by the care we received. The receptionist, Leanne, was exceptionally polite and helpful, making our visit much easier during a stressful time. The medical staff was attentive and addressed all our concerns with compassion. I highly recommend this medical centre for their excellent service and dedication to patient care! Thank you, Leanne, and the team!

I was looking for a new family doctor as my current one has retired. I was recommended Moorebank Shopping Village Medical Centre. I’m so glad that I went here because from the moment i walked in, to the moment i left i felt very well looked after. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. Dr David Huynh was very patient and thorough.

My family and I have been coming here for over 3 years now. We usually see Dr Pothen or Dr Hyunh. Both of them are excellent at what they do - very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Buy I also want to personally thank the receptionist, Leanne, for going above and beyond to squeeze us in for a newborn appointment after I had missed my original appointment when not feeling well. She took the time to call and check up when we didn’t turn up and then called again the next day when someone cancelled and she could squeeze us in (which I didn’t even ask her to do). She knew we were desperate for an appointment and had to get it done within a certain time frame. We really appreciate this. Thank you Leanne!

Receptionist and doctors weren't rude but care factor is zero. their system of no walkin go to the hospital rule needs to be reviewed. We live 1min away from the medical centre so theyre the first choice over hospital. They didn't even care even though my 2 yr old was in pain and crying. No compassion at all The receptionist just said we are fully book,
you'll need to go to another place. With a half empty waiting area.

Staying clear of this place if you haven't done a booking a month in advance. I will be going to Moorebank Family Medical Practise from now on.

I've been attending this surgery for just over 12mths Since Dr Driessen has been here. I also had been seeing Dr Michelle Driessen long before coming here. She has ALWAYS been compassionate caring sincere sometimes funny & on top of my health needs. The surgery staff & Leanne & Iliana are such beautiful caring & compassionate people & always are courteous & friendly. So much better than my old surgery. Some People forget Our Dr's & Admin staff ARE human & needed to be treated as such they may have had a bad day , so treat people how you want to be treated yourself. Receptionists are lovely BUT I waited for an hour for an appointment with a female doctor I hadn’t seen before - and was left feeling really upset and like I couldn’t ask half the things that I wanted to without being made feel stupid and taken seriously. wasn’t a nice experience

The Receptionist was extremely rude and arrogant towards the patients that were specifically of non English speaking backgrounds. She was yelling at an old man, who wanted to see a doctor and did not even help him make an appointment. The patient left without seeing the doctor. A fellow patient who was waiting to see the doctor was disgusted as she shared her experience today at the medical centre. This medical centre needs to urgently assess the customer service it provides and provide training to its staff to handle patients of all walks of life and especially to its vulnerable patients.
