I recently stayed at Caves Beach Resort, and it was a fantastic experience! The accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and modern amenities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered beautiful views, making our stay incredibly pleasant.

Great location but needs a bit of freshening up with finishes such as board walk n deck at the bungalows. For some reason they didn’t do room service during 2 nights 3 days stay.

Accomodation was good. Sarah at front of house was difficult and extremely rude. Despite full prepayment and confirmation of an early checkin, Sarah requested further payment to check in early, knowing we needed a room to dress for a 130pm wedding. We were part of a family wedding party and brought good business to the property. The bridal party had similar issues with a rude and difficult Sarah. I do not know how Sarah still has a job? Maybe related to the owner or manager? We won't be visiting this property again, and with Sarah at front of house do not recommend this property at all!!

We had a lovely time at Caves beach resort. Very modern bungalows with a king sized bed. The bath was huge and so was the shower. From our bungalow we could see the ocean. Just a small walk to the beach. I loved the coastal vibe of Caves Beach Resort ⛱️ 11 am checkout was lovely too.

Location great, vibe really good, food looked ok but not very big portions for what you pay. Very expensive for what you get. 2 fish tacos $17, $8.50 each, my wife’s burger looked like a kids meal, disappointing & very overpriced. Most staff are friendly, drinks very expensive to. Shame because it does have a good vibe.
Went back for a fair well lunch, had booking for 1230, very clearly told must be gone before 1430. Surprised because restaurant was only half full and nobody new sat at the table once we were moved outside. We had about 40 people & at least half left once the lady moved us outside.

The bungalows were good, nice, quiet and clean the bar service was the worst, I ordered a beer and a cocktail, they gave me a number so they could deliver to our tables and twenty minutes later I had to go and see where our drinks were. They were sitting on the bar and told me they had just been made. I asked for ice in the ginger beer and when they did that they spilt it all over the bar. No sorry just there you are. Very young bar staff with no manners and definitely no customer service. Would not recommend the bar area to anyone.

Last night we had our Annual Boofhead Bikers Award Night. 42 turned up.
Great food, great venue, great staff and great view over the ocean. We'll be back.
