I have had extensive dealings with North Coast Hospitals and received mixed responses. However, at Casino I found all the Administration staff and nurses to be helpful and empathetic. It shows in their friendly manner that they enjoy working there. When I asked questions or summoned help for my relative, they responded with a smile and I was not made to feel I was being a nuisance.

Thank you so much to all the staff involved in attending to my son when he arrived on Saturday night ( 2 weeks ago) with a collapsed lung and a stubbornly stoic attitude.
Wait time was minimal. Care was amazing. Staff were lovely, kind, attentive and very professional.

On behalf on my elderly mum Jan Williams who asked me to post this would just like to thank all of the staff and surgeon at the hospital for the stalla care that they gave to mum on 03/11 this year when mum had day surgery. Mum very much appreciated the care, support and friendly staff during her short stay and feels confident on checking in for next procedure in early in 2022. Thank you.

If I could give you no stars I would. Because I got no treatment there whatsoever. Told to go to Lismore, no obs, not even a disprin for a Stage 4 cancer patient. Bloody appalling. Was the 3rd person to hobble out disgusted.

Casino hospital. Absolutely pathetic. If i could score lower then 1 that would definitely be it. 4 year old Son trot on a rusty nail, Friday. Took him up 3 times to be pushed aside and told there is a 3 hour waiting period expected, meanwhile he is screaming but still had to wait. Then the 4 time I took him up on Sunday, they decide to rush him to lismore base as he has an infection in his foot that has spread almost to his groind.
Absolutely disgraceful.

APPALING Hospital!! I broke my Ankle whilst on holiday in Casino.I will definitely give the Paramedics 5 STARS! The Dr said I need a Xray & the outcome yes a broken ankle.The nurses put my left ankle in a Moonboot & gave me Crutches to Use & In structions & painkillers.Then saw the Dr again & she said when I get home (Bathurst)need to see my GP & get a referral to the Fracture Clinic at the Bathurst Hosp.In the meantime the receptionist at my GP surgery had to ring Casino Hosp to get my Xray Results & a Report.Finally got one on the staff at from the C Hosp & the response was there was NO RECORD of my XRAY or a REPORT?

Something seriously needs to be done about wait times. My wife had to wait nearly 7 hours for an influenza swab. From 4:30pm until 11:15pm. Absolutely disgusting that a facility can be that understaffed or inefficient that a patient must wait that long.
