My family first visit here today. Doctor was great and friendly and no rush during examination at all. It was a great experience. However, a receptionist who was on her own cultural customs needs to learn how to deal with a customer who visited there for seeing doctors and paid the bill which includes their wages. Not expected cheerful and sunshine manners to customers, at least being friendly and supportive manner toward a customer who visited there with some medical conditions.

Dr Karan Elliott is incredible and is an exceptionally gifted doctor. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but she is also lovely to speak to and is genuinely invested in my well-being. She’s enthusiastic, friendly, and responsive at each appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient, along with being advanced in current medical practices. I am so lucky to be her patient.
I’m extremely grateful to Dr Elliott for her most personable, empathetic, and people-based approach. She is easy to talk to, while being professional and progressive in her current knowledge of the medical domain. Dr Elliott is informative, sensitive, kind, caring and compassionate. She never rushes me. She has gone above and beyond to be sure that my complete health and wellness have been made priority. My parents and teenage daughter are also patients of Dr Elliott.
I simply adore Dr Elliott and she has helped me through some challenging and tricky days. I cannot speak more highly of her. I would highly recommend becoming her patient!

Dr Elliott is by far the BEST doctor I have ever met. She digs deep and is not only super smart but she is also extremely compassionate. We owe the well-being of our son who had been chronically sick for 4 years to her thoroughness and her determination to get to the root cause. She found something that had been missed by a multitude of specialist. She thinks outside the square and keeps thinking even when you're not sitting with her in her rooms. She also knows which specialists (within the same field) are right for your particular case and pushes them hard to see you quickly when necessary. I HIGHLY recommend her.

This is the best practice I've dealt with in Canberra. Dr Yasameen is wonderful and knowledgeable, and the reception staff are super helpful. I have called them numerous times for different reasons and they actually action what you've asked for immediately rather than say "we'll look into it, I'll call you back" and never calling back. I've been really impressed with the service and will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Dr Yasameen Alshawi is the best doctor I have seen in years. She is very professional and caring and treat her patients with so much respect.
My whole family sees her and I can’t recommend her enough.
The admin staff is very cooperative and friendly. We are blessed to have such good service in our suburb.

Dr Karan Elliot is an outstanding GP, I can’t recommend highly enough. Exceptionally smart, experienced (including obstetric qualifications) and with excellent listening skills. So glad we found Dr Elliot.
