I don't know where to start with Drs@liverpool. From when I ring to make an appointment, to how you are greeted by the front desk, to my consultation with my doc. I can't speak highly enough for all the staff there, and not forgetting my beautiful lady, from pathology that draws my blood, you are sooooo gentle.
Keep up the great work everyone at drs@liverpool. You truly are the A team!!!

The doctors are very good. One doctor in particular was the nicest Doctor I’ve been to. Very professional yet caring and gave me the time to listen to my health needs. I was not rushed. Staff are a lot nicer than other medical centres I’ve been to. I’m very happy with the care and understanding they have shown me.

I used to go here, Dr Azfa is by far the most laid back, unserious and negligent GP I have seen, I had with him face to face and once you have a Doctor at this practice face-to-face, you can continue to have Telehealth appointments for the following 12 months, because of my health conditions and And due to my health reasons I resorted to the obvious, and more convenient option of telehealth consultations there on- regardless of their policy, he kept asking me to come in because” he doesn’t remember how I look and who I am” which seems kind of Irrelevant because he sees several patients a day and that shouldn’t the quality of his consults. One of the first telehealth appointments that I had with him was On a Friday afternoon, he was rushing my consult because “I would like to go home because it’s a Friday afternoon and I would like to relax” And he told me to call another day.I was seeking advice from him for a medication I wanted to know more about, regardless of constantly asking him for information the majority of information I got was from the pharmacy and Google and he prescribed me that medication without thoroughly checking my blood records or even doing the necessary checkups or even simply listening and understanding reasons of concern, he did not bother to notify me any side effects or telling me how to even consume the medication/provide me with any direction. regardless he definitely did not listen to me and listen to my queries and listen to my complaints and questions about the medication and put me on medication anyway. I probably would not have been prescribed the medication because it is not suitable for my needs had he simply paid attention and listened He simply had not done his research and and is not good doctor as he doesn’t listen to his patients and simply wants to prescribe medications for the sake of it, he would’ve probably saved, a lot of his and my time and energy and probably would’ve provided me with a better remedy or solution/treatment to to fit my medical needs had he done his job sincerely.Having consulted other Doctors who do their research and do their job well i should've never been prescribed that specific medication. I kept reiterating that i don’t think it’s a good option for me and kept searching for some guidance from him based off the fact that he probably knows best. But it’s almost as if it’s become a trend to lazily prescribe patients with medications they don't need or that aren’t suitable to fulfill their quota, meaning he has no consideration for one’s money nor health.Apart from this Doctor several other Doctors I saw at this practice were lazy and simply didn’t care enough to listen to me or my parent’s needs and they have no respect for their patient’s health.. Save your time and Energy and seek Medical Health elsewhere!!

I went to the doctor at Liverpool for several time, and it was all good,until Three weeks ago, I called them and made an appointment, but I was unable to come because ı had a family emergency. I called many times to cancel and no one answered. Three days later I called them and made an appointment, and I could not come due to a difficult circumstance, and I was not able to contact them and tell them. A few days ago, I tried appointment with Dr. Ahmed and it was canceled because I did could not come the previous times.However I called back and made an appointment with them today، I called and assured them that I was coming! They said: yes good … after 10 minutes They called me and said that you cannot come to Dr. Ahmed at all because he said that we do not receive people who make an appointment and do not come, and you can find another doctor and center!
What the hell? Are we adults with different circumstances or are we still in school or kindergarten ? All this because I couldn’t come twice,and they didn’t answer my calls to so l could cancel!!!! Unfortunately, the center does not respect there patients at all, and apart from that, the people who work at the reception seem as if they are in a café and not in a workplace! Bad Service.

I went to DOCTORS@LIVERPOOL second time today. I had the appointment booked with the doctor Shamile Hussain. He is the best doctor who i come across to in my 32 years. Very friendly, relaxed, polite, and knows his job.
The girl at reception is super nice too.
Highly recommended place!
