In the first instance please be aware that Dr Andrew Foote is not a medical specialist or physician, but rather an Obstetrician, Gynaecologist and Urogynaecologist. Dr Andrew Foote is independent to Canberra Medical Specialists and your review should not be construed in any way to reflect on these specialists.
Dr Andrew Foote tries to communicate effectively with patients via a number of technologies (letter, fax, email, SMS, phone). Dr Andrew Foote attempted to communicate your results quickly via email, as in the past this was your chosen method of communication with you having sent over 20 emails over the previous 10 months.
Unfortunately Dr Andrew Foote does run late from time to time as a result of being the senior Obstetrician and Gynaecologist on call for Calvary Public Hospital, as well as personally attending all his private births at Calvary Private Hospital and John James Private Hospital. In the future he will keep patients informed of significant delays ahead of time via SMS.
