I showed up before opening, they were already open, awesome.

I come inside, someone is waiting to help me.

I've never been here before, they don't require me to fill out any paperwork at all.

Just needed my photo I.D. and proof of insurance.

It was a little bit of a wait, but it seems I showed up at the busiest part of the day so no harm done, the nurses and doctor were very professional and laid back, and I got everything taken care of in less than an hour. Honestly the best clinic visit I've ever had.

Went for appointment to establish care, NP and nurses were wonderful. However I received a call saying “I am sorry I know you attempted to have an appointment with us but we actually don’t take your insurance.” When making the appointment I was told they did, gave my insurance information, was told it was verified and in network, went to appointment, paid my copay AND saw the NP. Now I also have no idea if my two referrals that were placed still stand!! How in the world does something like this happen? Best of all, I keep calling to speak to someone about the issue but NO ONE answers the phone and NO ONE calls back. I BETTER not receive a bill.

I typically wait to do a walk-in until my PCP is open because I hate to sit and wait around other sick people. If you weren’t sick before, you are now. I went to Grace on a weekend for what I thought was a jammed finger, ended up with a broken knuckle, and the experience was wonderful. They meet you at the door and escort you to the counter. Then you sit in an open area until called back to where the rooms are. Sat in the hall until they were ready for me. Sounds like a lot, but the waiting only took about 10 minutes. Best part is, I wasn’t in a waiting room with people coughing, throwing up, etc. I’ve since been in there for Covid/Flu test and to visit my Ortho who is also at Grace. I don’t know what happened with the people who rated it a 1 star but I have never had a bad experience there. Service is fast and professional. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Years back, 2008-2018 this was the place to go for all of our family needs. We started with walk-in visits and established ourselves with Doctor. ( I miss Doctor Dixon!) This past Monday, I took my daughter in on a walk-in to have an injury examined. To my surprise, we were assigned a Physician's Asst, not a doctor. I was very disappointed, but they assured me they are just as qualified. Really? The initial testing was that it may be a rotator-cuff injury, so she ordered xrays, $500 worth, knowing that an x-ray will not read an injury of that type! Then an MRI was suggested days later. I decided to have the MRI done in Lamesa where we live. The order was transferred from lubbock imaging to our hospital. When we got here for registration, they asked who the doctor who ordered MRI is. The order only said a PA had ordered it. They needed to know who to send images too. As days prior, I called to this PAs office. Nobody ever answers. The people here at hospital could not move forward unless we had a doctor on file, not an ASSISTANT. Nobody at Grace knew who this assistant was an assistant too. We spent 2 wasted hrs trying to get this info. In the meantime, nobody answered the calls at PAs office, and nobody at Grace knows who this PA works under. It's sad that one has an injured child and expects to receive top-notch care, only to have this type of an experience, and this type of courtesy. We will never return to Grace. After 2 hrs of phoning around Grace, it was finally established that yes, this ASSISTANT does work under a Doctor. I had been told by other Grace employees that she didn't. How can they be so incompetent? Nobody has ever called from the PAs office to help resolve this snag.

Dr. Qupbti is my Pcp. He's always kind and pleasant. I'm a creator of habit and I don't care to change my doctor's at all. Dr. Qupbti is a very humble Doctor and cares about his patients. The staff at Grace clinic are amazing and Im comfortable keeping my care at Grace clinic. I'm saying, "Thank you for taking care of me!"

I went for a simple check up for flu/strep. The first part of process was guessing which test I would want to take (not doctor recommended). Second, the doctor was amazing and very friendly but the staff seemed not to be trained and confused about how to take temps, blood pressure, etc. Lastly, my prescription was sent to a pharmacy that was closed. Any clinic I’ve been to in Lubbock is informed, give great advice, and even make sure I get my prescriptions in time. I called to get my medicine switched over and the operator lied and told me the clinic was closed and that I must be at fault for inadequate care not the doctors or nurses I paid to get help from. Mind you, I am informative and even come in with prefilled paperwork and ready and available background information from my UMC portal. The doctor was the best part of this entire experience. I do not recommend coming here unless you like to be treated as if you are the doctor and have treatment from even the phone operators as if you are an animal or malice.

I didn't even get a chance to USE their services but after my PHONE experience I am glad I didn't. The woman on the phone was absolutely RUDE and not helpful at all. I asked why I had been told SEVERAL times that this clinic would BILL OUT (I don't get paid till Wednesday,) she said that was NEVER the case even though I had proof it had been done. She then told me to take my child to the public health clinic. She was rude and lied. After reading several reviews I should have known better than to even call.
