The waiting room is so relaxing as it taps into all senses with dim lights, perfect room temp, scent of essential oil, relaxing music, and the taste of your tea of choice. I had a remedial massage with Jenny and it’s so good and healing, she’s a genuine person that cares. Highly recommend! Will visit again 🙂

You don't need to travel to have a holiday experience. This is the perfect way to relax, switch off, unwind and focus on your health.
My husband and I had a couples complete wellness package (3hrs includes sauna/ float/ massage) gifted to us. We visited City Cave Gladesville yesterday. Courtney, the manager,
talked us through each session. She was hospitable, professional and made us feel like VIPs.
The environment was hygienic and serene. We felt we were on a vacation.
We loved our first visit to City Cave Gladesville so much that we paid for more sessions on the way out.
This is best way to relax and rejuvenate without leaving the country.
Thank you to all the amazing staff on duty yesterday.

I highly recommend remedial massage with JZ. As a pastry chef, my back is constant tight and stiff. My legs after the gym often need a recovery. Jz’s understanding of the body, mechanics and recovery overall were second to none. He helped me with the issues I had in my back. JZ is amazing and passionate of what he does. 10/10!

Last Friday, I visited City Cave Gladesville that truly set a benchmark for outstanding customer service. From the moment, I stepped through the door, I greeted with warmth from Nikki.

Sauna was meticulously designed with soothing lightning and variety of options. Float was equally impressive. Immaculate clean and spacious.

Overall, the combination of exceptional installations and outstanding customer service made my visit unforgettable. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Beautiful wellness centre in the heart of Gladesville. Easy access and parking. Friendly staff always make my experience comfortable, there is no rush to leave. I love enjoying a relaxing cup of tea after my services. Highly recommend as an ongoing place to come back to, to keep your calm. My favourite combo is sauna plus float. I am there every month - such a great way to recharge my body and mind.

Such an amazing location. Beautiful centre that is very clean, new and comfortable with easy access and parking. I love using the modern infrared sauna. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Definitely worth a try!

I just had my first float experience at City Cave! The staff were wonderfully helpful and accommodating. The float itself was relaxing and a great experience. If you need some ‘zen’ or a chance to totally switch off, I highly recommend City Cave Gladesville.
