Dr Jeremy has been my GP for nearly 10 years at MedPlaza! It’s a testament to his professionalism and ability to make you feel at ease. I’ve seen several other doctors over the years as well and they’ve been equally thorough and attentive. I’ve never felt rushed through an appointment and my concerns have always been taken seriously.

The only downside is that they no longer bulk bill everyone, but that’s an increasingly common issue across the country in the current climate regarding Medicare & government funding.

Keep up the great job and I’ll keep coming for another 10 years

My wife goes here all the time. She's a doctor, and she trusts this place implicitly. I've only ever been up to the waiting room, but staff have always been kind. Very organised during covid too.

Been with Dr Steiner for the past three years for my Aviation Medicals. Also use him for my GP visits for me and the kids.

Highly professional and very friendly. Recommend his services.

Free parking available on the street but will be tight during school drop and pick up times.

Receptionists and the Nurses were friendly and professional too.

Pathology services available but does not do COVID-19 tests.

The doctor is very nice and professional. She talked a lot about my condition and give lots of suggestion of what should I do next. She is very helpful and kind.

But the receptionists there is very rude! I walked into the door and the 2 receptionist doesn’t even greet me and being so unconcerned. They just whisper to each other about why I came inside while the doctor called them to let me go upstairs. The paid service shouldn’t be like this. If it not for the doctors there, I wouldn’t recommend this center to anyone else.

I met Dr. Amy Nguyen and Dr Jeremy Nguyen, who were extremely professional, good listener, and gave me a lot of good advice. They are very knowledgeable and he really cares about patients. I highly recommend.

While the doctors are OK (still think they're not great), the receptionists here are beyond rude. Without fail, they are recalcitrant, abrasive and give off a superior vibe. I have inside information that they're closely connected with the owner (and head GP) so perhaps that's why they're still there.

My wife dropped in on the off chance that they had flu shots available. The clinic had a sign outside promoting that they did have shots available. The receptionists very reluctantly let my wife get the shot after grilling her about why she didn't go to her regular doctor.

When my wife asked about flu shots for my 3 year old son and I, the receptionist rolled her eyes, had a hushed conversation with her colleague before flat out refusing. She shot back in a very condescending tone, "Sorry, we only have limited shots available". Week after week the sign remained outside advertising that shots were still available. So it's obvious they were bitter that we hadn't chosen them as our regular clinic.

Denying flu shots for someone seeking them seems at odds with good medical practice. If you'd had bookings, you would have kept the vaccines aside and removed the signage. But you didn't want to hand it out to those that weren't regulars and didn't have the integrity or courage to state that.

Want to know why we (and loads of others) are not regulars at the clinic? It's because of this rubbish attitude.

This medical practice is simply the best of the best. I have suffered significant heath issues that have required intervention of specialists. The advice given at the GP level has been as high as that of a specialist. The front office team are wonderful, caring and extremely helpful. Every single doctor is of the highest standard. If you want excellent medical assistance then this is the only place to go... OUTSTANDING

It's a great place as far as a medical facility goes. The staff is nice. The doctor (that I've seen anyway) has been super helpful, very thorough, and very professional. The lab tech that draws blood is super nice, extremely helpful as well and is great at here profession. I'm so glad that I found this place. They gave helped me so much with vmy medical needs.
