Cannot recommend Retrain more highly. I have been relying on Nick to sort out every niggling sports related injury quickly and effectively since my first visit around 2013. This week I made an urgent appointment with Andrew who is relatively new, and i found him to be fantastic as well. His manner and thorough approach was assuring and he resolved my painful neck issue in record time. Headache and pain gone by the time I walked out the door. Thanks team!

Meeting Jethro has been absolutely life changing. I came to Retrain Health with severe periodic lower back pain. It got to the point where I was considering surgical intervention. During my first appointment with Jethro he explained so many things about pain and discussed my personal situation and how it was effecting my physical state. It was eye opening. He is a gifted specialist and a beautiful human being. I felt heard and understood. Moreover, he helped me overcome my fear of pain and the exercises he recommended are great for keeping my back in check. I haven’t had any episodes of sever pain since my appointments with Jethro, but most importantly, I have no fear of back pain now and I understand where it originates from and how to manage it. I’m very grateful to him and can’t recommend him high enough. Thank you ?

Cant recommend Andrew enough. Osteos are my go to when i get a back flare up. He knows his stuff and has a proper understanding of what works for me and how i need to be treated.
