THE BEST osteopath around!

When I suffered my spinal injury I was rushed between scans and specialists (even had to see a neurosurgeon). I was told by some that there would be many things I “couldn’t do anymore”.

As a young person that left me feeling lost so I booked in with Jamie on a whim to get a second opinion. Jamie read my reports and clearly explained what happened, how we were going to fix it and how it would heal.

It’s been over 6 months since I had my first appointment and I can honestly say Jamie changed my life. I am back surfing and throwing a footy around, he has enabled me to grow my confidence back!

The manner in which Jamie explains concepts combined with his expertise is unmatched.

And what’s even better? When Jamie was booked out, I booked in with Jade and had the same experience. I think it’s extremely rare to find someone as special as these guys let alone the fact that they are in the same clinic!

I can’t recommend this place enough!

I have been seeing Jamie in my third trimester of pregnancy and I can honestly say it’s been life changing! Jamie works with professionalism and care, always explaining exactly what he is doing and why. I learned heaps about the changes in the spine and pelvis in pregnancy, which helped me understand what’s going on. After my sessions I always noticed a dramatic difference in how my lower back feels and experienced far less pain. If you are reading this review, it's likely you or someone you know is struggling with muscular and/or skeletal pain -- and you are looking for help. I highly recommend seeking treatment with Dr Jamie Bennett. My experience with Jamie has been remarkable. When I arrived at his office six months ago I could hardly walk. I'd had back and hip surgery several years ago. Poor movement patterns and weaknesses in critical areas meant that I was compressing nerves and joints in ways that caused serious pain and limited my activities. Jamie's program with me has had three main components: Teaching how the central nervous system works with the body; directly treating affected/injured areas; and learning/practicing new ways of strengthening and moving my body. Jamie really knows what he is doing. I've learned to trust him and follow his recovery and renewal program. I've completed a lot of Jamie's expert-guided home practice, continued seeing him for treatment when necessary, and remain committed to improving my strength and abilities by working on the new movement challenges that Jamie presents to me. Six months after starting with Jamie I'm surfing, playing tennis, moving freely, getting stronger and more agile, and feeling well!
