Highly recommend this Medical Centre and Dr Gisselle Hull. From the very first phone call the lovely reception staff were kind and caring finding a suitable time for me. On arrival the front desk staff and nurse went out of their way to offer me thorough and comprehensive assistance. Dr Giselle then also was very helpful and friendly in her skillful diagnostic assessment. Highly rated and recommended this Medical Centre and team. Adam and the team are fantastic. I cannot praise them enough! After having a really negative experience with ny previous GP I was struggling to find a clinc in the ballina/byron area accepting new patients. Not only were they taking new patients, they went out of their way to fit me in the same day! Adam is a fantastic GP, unlike many in the area, he actually listens and encourages your input as a patient. All the staff are really friendly and some of the doctors even bring their dogs in (you can request not to have the dog if you like) which is amazing cause who doesn't love dogs right! They do bulk bill for health care cards and 16 and under. Summing up, I've had alot of medical issues in the last 10 years and I've never had a more supporting and knowledgeable doctor before!

Cant recommend this doctors clinic enough! Receptionists are so friendly and helpful, Dr. Monica made me feel so at ease, comfortable and caring. The wellness dogs topped off the whole experience, and bulk billed too!

Had a quick & simple consult this week, which included the Dr telling me about his move to Byron from the UK... and other small talk, the surgery was empty so no rush.... When I went to pay he charged me $145 for a 20min+ consult (instead of $90 for less than 20mins). I gasped, told the receptionist the consult was less than 15mins (including small talk!) her response was that "it was at the Dr's discretion to charge what he felt"!!! WHAT? Will never go back. An empty surgery, fleecing the patients that do come in to make up the numbers. Awful.
