After hours service was such a let down.

The nurse was rude like she did not want to be there
The receptionist was rude and extremely slow
They said the doctor wanted to go home early so no walk ins (it says 10pm but anyway)
They would not see me until I had actually brought in my negative Covid test so they told me I needed to go buy one because they didn’t have any…
When we eventually got called we were with the Dr for two minutes , he said here’s some antibiotics they should help. Didn’t investigate.

If I’m or anyone I love ever sick we will not be going there again for “help”

Came in for a physical concern on weekend and the doctor I had was absolutely rude and condescending like I had ruined his career.
Not friendly in any matter, just wanted it done and gone.

It was easy to get an appointment and fairly quick to be seen (unlike waiting at the hospital). I didn't feel like there was much investigation made into the issue I presented with (inflammed vessel), with my doctor literally stating that they "didn't know what was wrong." Left feeling more confused.

Rudest receptionist on at 3.30pm for dental.
On the 28/07/2021
I checked in with qr code and spoke to the lady on front door and answered all covid related questions, stating im not currently sick and haven't visited covid hotspots, as I go through to the receptionist mid signing me in and checking my cards
I snuffled slightly as I have allergies.
I got 'are you sick
Really abruptly and quite embaressing when there was others in the waiting room, I said no I have allergies and since being pregnant they are worse
She said well im just asking and I said yes I understand but I've already been asked this at the front door and she said well I've asked again and you've answered it.
Just because this is a public health system
Do not treat us like scum of the earth
Absolutely appalling behaviour from a receptionist in a health care setting.

Disgusting, my friend has been in agony with his tooth. For 3 weeks they have first denied him service, tried to send him somewhere else then eventually made an appointment for this morning when, because he has a mask exemption for his severe asthma they turned him away.
No pain killers, no alternative choices to help him.
Absolutely deplorable behaviour.
He's writhing in agony what am I supposed to do to help him when that is your job. You are dentists. Didn't you take some kind of oath like "do no harm"?
This is discrimination, this is unlawful.

I went to the Polyclinic yesterday for my Gestational Diabetes test. The test completely knocked me off my feet and made me feel really tired and dizzy. One of the women behind the desk saw I was struggling and offered a bed for me to go lay in. I am so thankful to that woman. She made a not so pleasant experience actually tolerable. The woman who waz taking my blood was also very understanding and accommodating. Thank you guys.

Typical Trained nursing Staff, Happy ,Professional, Experienced, Prompt, easy to communicate with, nothing is too much trouble along with a great sense of humour. While operations are never a great experience, this group dedicated people make it easy to recuperate while in familiar surroundings at home.
Thanks again to Julie, Jodie and the Team.
Oddy.

Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible service. Unfriendly staff couldn't even help me fill my script and never called back when they said they would to book an appointment. If you want to be treated like a lower class citizen go there.
