Excellent service all round. Very friendly and approachable. Counter staff couldn't do enough for me. Very good experience with the doctor. Asked all the right questions, clearly explained what we needed to do.

This clinic used to be really good. But recently it's like being abandoned. Waited for almost an hour from my appointment time. Don't understand why I have to wait that so long, didn't have patients, saw only 2 of us while waiting.
The receptionist Jasmina though always delivers excellent service.

A friend attended here and had a horrible experience, their weight was consistently commented on despite being completely irrelevant to the issue they were in attendance for. Fatphobia and poor form. Will never recommend this practice to anyone.

My experience with this clinic was a good one. Although we waited 20 mins over our booked time for our appointment, it was worth the wait. The doctor checked everything she possibly could to make sure my daughter was treated for her medical diagnosis.
I'm very pleased with the service and our new doctor for not judging us and not rushing us out the room like some other doctors do at different clinics. I will definitely be going back. The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist, a smile goes a long way ladies, no need for the poker faces. And although I get bulked billed, they wouldn't bulk bill me for my daughter. Very inconvenient at this time.

My family and I have been patients at Calwell for over 20 years. During this time we have never had a negative experience. Every doctor that has looked after me and my family has helped keep us Healthy in so many ways. We are forever grateful.
Dr Ram is the most personal, professional, caring and experienced doctor whom we see when needed.
I would recommend him to any individual or family in need of a doctor that really cares.
The ladies at reception are truly the most flexible and caring front of house I’ve ever dealt with.

My experiences at Calwell have been mostly positive except for a few times. The last time I went was for the COVID vaccination. When I was booking the second appointment for the second vaccination, I asked for a late appointment and the receptionist audibly sighed and then said 'you better not be late because we'll be wanting to go home', that is not a good customer service. That was not the first time I had been treated shabbily. There was one other receptionist on duty at the same time and she was lovely.

Very good experience, staff and Doctors always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately Dr Ram has become too popular and sometimes have to wait a few days to see him. All good Very Happy, with how we are treated. Regards
