I moved recently from Sydney to Lake Macquarie district. I was delighted Swansea Channel Doctors were taking new patients, after being told by six other general family practitioners that they had closed books! I saw Dr Hayden Chan and a follow up appt with a nurse practitioner to further assist with any other health services required. I am beyond happy with Dr Chan and his team. The appointment commenced on time, the doctor was excellent. He listened to what I was saying then completed his examination, advised me of a plan moving forward to investigate the problem, reviewed my current medication and made adjustments.

What an excellent experience. I was a little anxious about visiting a new doctor for the first time, however, I need not have worried.
