Whitebridge medical centre is now a waste of good land. Once owned and run by receptionists that did all they could to help and a Dr being Dr Richard Terry who gained trust, respect and love from his patience from babies up to the elderly. If your child was sick, you could bring the straight in, if you needed scripts he would work it out for you and if you needed to depend on the fact you were getting the best possible service from your experienced Dr, He was the one to see, he bulk billed and worked extremely hard…. Now turn to todays receptionists and main Dr Max who runs the place, well let’s start with the surgery is hardly open, the main dr max hardly there the receptionists are well trained pit bulls but with no teeth, so pointless. This Dr cares more about charging a fortune and having as much time off that’s humanly possible and hasn’t worked a hard day in his life I would image. Dr terry could see more patients and give better advice on his own than all the Drs put together currently at whitebridge never open and playing golf on Fridays medical centre. This place has turned into a joke run by a Dr who’s never there and has a work ethic of an under paid singer dancing blind and deaf monkey that just turned 89. Save your money don’t waste your time hear and just jam your head into a bucket of broken glass and you will be miles ahead.
