I have used Sunset Medical Transport several times now, and have had a great experience each time. Two roundtrips after cataract surgery, and one round trip after major dental surgery. Both times of the cataract visits, Baba or his representative were on time and understanding of my feeling nervous about my procedure, and assuring me it would be okay. At the time of the major dental surgery, I was very vulnerable, but had complete trust that they would get me home safely. She helped me into my home, saw that I was settled and okay - even brought in my Amazon delivery for me. Good, efficient, thoughtful “door to door” service. Thanks!

Needed a medical transport for someone in a wheelchair from TPA to Bradenton at 1030pm. Ride was there right on time to pick us and our luggage up. The driver was kind and efficient and got us home safely. Would highly recommend Sunset for any medical transport.

Baba has transported my mother several times now from multiple different medical facilities in the surrounding Tampa area. He is always professional and communicative. I will give the estimated discharge day and time and he will confirm if he is available at that time. If not, he gives closest times available. Once a time and date is agreed upon he has always been punctual to the medical facility. He’ll go through security and assist my mother into a wheelchair and take her to the transport van. Highly recommend.

Sunset has been nothing short of amazing! My 91 year old mother was in a rehabilitation facility for 3 months. Sunset picked her up every week. She trusted them. She had nothing but positive interactions with them. They NEVER told me they were not available when I reached out, which was usually at the last minute. I highly recommend Sunset to anyone who needs a medical transport!
