I had a really great day.. every time I go there I have a great day because I know they're taking good care of me.. I would like to thank everybody that works there... I spoke to Ms Jessica yesterday and she is a very caring person and understanding.. of how I am doing.. right now she is taking very good care of me because she understands where my pain is and how I am doing..Jose Medina is a very caring person. Who also really cares about how much I am hurting and what he can do to help him.... so I am truly blessed to be there.. I have been going with them for quite a while and I am very very happy patient.. ?❤️

Super friendly staff, ease of making or changing appointments, very helpful with dealing with insurance companies. Dr. Honculada took excellent care of our Mom prior to her passing.Then I started seeing him and he has done wonders for my back and my neck and has given me so many different options for my pain management. No matter what, he tries so hard to give his patients options. Angie and Maryann are the greatest and always get insurance issues taken care of ASAP. They are phenomenal at what they do ?

I've been going to this place for 2 years now, and always a great experience. But today, a new "csr" or "office health aid" had an attitude and slammed the door behind her, kinda like in my face. I didn't appreciate that attitude from a staff member, she needs to be better trained or not be around humans.

I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and the wait was minimal
The physician's assistant I saw was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk to me. I wish all doctor's offices did the same. One less pain to deal with.

The staff is always friendly and polite. My PA is always very detailed on what plan we need to take next to alleviate any pain that I may be experiencing. During my procedures, Dr Jose Medina Sanchez is always explaining what he is doing next and all the procedures that I have had done in the past couple of months have been very successful. Dr Sanchez is very caring and has an amazing bedside manner and always wants to be sure that each patient gets the care that they need in a timely fashion.
