If there were more stars then they would have received more than 5 for their service. Dedicated, friendly, caring nurses who looked after my husband dying of cancer. With their input I was able to nurse him and have him die at home which was what we wanted.

Before you use this service, you need to ask the management one VERY important question.

"Is the RN/person entering my home, currently subject to a Personal AVO in NSW?"

Not just any AVO either - for stalking, harassing and intimidating an elderly woman. Exactly the type of person this organisation provides services to.

You probably need to ask for their assurances in writing, as this AVO will not show up on a criminal check. They know about it, of course, they just don't seem to feel vulnerable clients need to be warned. So you'll need to look out for yourself.

Worst home nursing I have ever been unfortunate enough to deal with. Called the service at 9.15am to give instructions on how to find my address. Missed a call at 12.58 which I returned at 1.10pm and was told the nurse would call me back. By 3.40pm I was worried as I had been told to remove the dressing that morning and I desperately needed it done before going for a blood transfusion the next day so I called for a 3rd time only to be told it was too late and could I see them tomorrow. I am bitterly disappointed in this service. Despite the great job done when I have been able to attend Lawson clinic I sincerely hope today wasn't an indication of the sort of 'service' supposedly offered by the home nursing section as I have been left hanging with no dressing and no way to remedy the situation.

I was given a referral to a dietician at this facility. When I went in to make the arrangements to see her, the girl at the reception counter wouldn't come near the window; I asked to make arrangements to see the dietician. She said the doctor in question was on a day off and she would take my details and the doctor would call me. I had to spell my name three times before she got it right (and it's only got four letters). I then had to repeat my phone number three times because she kept repeating it back incorrectly. Five days later, have still not had a call back. I won't be bothering with this place again and I'll be advising my GP to stop recommending them.

Didn't really like the fact it's a different nurse everytime and they couldn't supply me with the right amount of dressing to do the night time change.....all.seemed scared of head lady!!!
