I went Laverty pathology Isabella planes in 14th morning with my wife for her blood test. We had to wait more than 1 hour.
There was a lady who provided service to my wife and it was awful. I said to her my wife is scared of blood and needs be gentle. During the process blood came out of the needle twice and splashed once. The lady kept on commenting you flashed every where, that scared my wife. Also the way she inserted the needle was really really painful for my wife. Also she keep on commenting, you are going to get a bruise etc…
Finally my wife fainted.
That was the worst experience that we had in blood testing process.
I kindly request to the staff( particularly that lady) be mindful and be gentle for the patients. I will never ever get the service from that lady again.
PS: the other gentleman ( staff member)who helped us to address my wife’s situation was very polite and gentle . Also we had very good experiences before with the other staff members.
