Ct scan Ellie made you feel welcomed and very patient & thorough while I was doing the scan! She was awesome!!! Jennifer(concierge) very polite and helped with any questions that I had. Angel(registration) took care of me and made my stay easy!

Fantastic experience for my labs!
Jennifer was extremely kind! She checked me in swiftly and prompted me to the registrar’s desk to check in. Angel was extremely knowledgeable and explained his process step by step and he kindly explained what my next step was so I knew what to expect.
Jennifer and Angel both checked in periodically during my short wait for the lab tech. Erika from the lab was phenomenal. I have partially difficult veins at times; she was kind and drew the labs smoothly and quickly. Highlands Hospital is definitely my first choice in this county for labs!

Wonderful experience today with both concierge, Jennifer and mammogram tech, Lauren. Registration was also pleasant. A special shout out for Lauren who is likely the best mammogram tech I have ever had. Professional, knowledgeable and really puts you at ease. Also a non-painful experience which I can’t say the same about many previous mammograms over the years. I highly recommend Highlands Hospital.

Hello, my name is Wanda. I’m the mother of the patient in room 215 during September 22 thru September? But I want to let you know during my daughter time in the hospital Tabitha and Ashley both Cna, they doing an amazing job in take care my daughter. This two beautiful woman they an Angel in my daughter life. The love, the service, the attention and the care them provide to my daughter is so amazing. They made feel us like a family. Both very sweet and attentive in everything about her sickness, if they have any suggestions about her condition they don’t lose the time to suggest to the nurse and call the Doctor. This two beautiful women’s have a wonderful and lovely heart when they assist the patient. Is a wonderful pleasure both take care my daughter. God have Angels in this world to help others people life in a struggle situation and this two amazing women they area ANGELS . God bless you!

Jennifer who checked me in and had me initial and sign papers was very pleasant and efficient. Claudia from nuclear medicine was great. She explained what she was doing and then we were able to converse medically as professionals. I am a medical technologist with a specialty in microbiology and anatomic pathology so a lot of what we were involved in overlap. I thoroughly enjoyed her explanations of what and why she did to me. I love that mutual respect as I spent 50 years of my life trying to serve others too and know how difficult it can be. Thanks to both of you for caring enough to give of yourselves
