My 2 sessions with Susan have really helped loosened my back. Susan combines chiropractic with osteopathy and has done dry needling too. She is highly experienced and very unassuming. If you would rather have a gentler and more holistic approach when it comes to your back, book in wth Susan.

Made an appointment for myself and my partner to see Susan.

Sadly disappointed. Was meant to be 2, 1 hour session as indicated on her website as there was two of us.

We were out of there in less than an hour with little to no relief for our first chiropractic session with her and charged $150 for the "privilige"

When we have had treatments in the past with a chiropractor they usually work on the entire body and have no issues in providing the treatment.

Susan is an older woman who seemed to struggle adjusting my partner. I found no benefit from the cranio sacral massage that she offered me. It felt like I was having "reiki" done half the time and no actual pressure was being used, even with the massage she was providing to my neck.

I noted to her I was in a lot of pain with my neck and entire back. I still am right now still in pain and that has never happened with the chiro we usually see.

Then there was the cat coming in and out of the room which I thought was disgusting however, I just wanted to get treatment done as I was in agony. The room was dusty and in all honesty, I wouldn't have clients in there with allergies. My eyes are itchy 2 hours after being in there and my back still hurts a lot as does my neck. My allergies have subsided. I also noticed a smell in there which I couldn't put my finger to.

She and the cat were coughing whilst we were in the treatment room.

First and last time and $150 gone which now means I have to go and see someone else to get fixed.
