I don’t know why so many bad comments there. My experience with Dr Liu is amazing. All of our family have her as our family doctor. Receptionist is helpful when booking. Nurse is also very good and friendly.

I would give a zero if I can. Rude receptionist as always though this lady said she is new. We have a 10 month old baby who needs to change her nappy but was told to get this changed in our car though we had changed her nappy and fed her many times before. They have some spare rooms that were not being used but sadly she did not want to offer and her attitude was unpleasant. You should some sympathy when you are running a medical business in your local community. The doctor is good as always though. Any issues, feel free to give me a call.

Bad experience! The person at reception had a very bad attitude especially to Chinese. Our scheduled time was 11am，but we waited for an hour. I just wanna know how long should we wait. I asked her, and she said in a strange tone:’I don’t know how long’. That's ridiculous. But the doctor is really nice. No more than 2 stars.

It was my first time at Mawson Medical Centre. I had a really good experience. I’m recovering from a cold and didn’t wanted to go in just in terms of social distancing and so on. The staff at reception were super helpful and set me up as a new patient over the phone.

Dr. Liu was very accomodating. She very kindly came out to the car park and saw me. I found her very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. And within ten minutes or so I was on my way. Thank you!
