This clinic is really impressive from the admins at the front to their clinical staff members. I just want to shout out Katie / Kate who did a wonderful job looking after me. The process was so quick (which often the case isn’t) and I even ended up getting a free xray and knowing the results straight away. They also referred me to Canberra Hospital which also made things a lot easier. Kudos to Weston Creek Walk in Centre and its staff members. Thank you ?

POINTLESS WEBSITE. Website not even close to accurate. Took my 5yo there straight from school after falling from a piece of play equipment and injuring his arm. It was swelling and going blue so figured it might need a check. Didn't want to burden hospital emergency so decided use the walk-in clinic.

As I walked in the door website said 9 people ahead and a wait of 1hr45. At the 2hr mark I walked up to the counter and was told there were 8 people ahead.

The website clearly states "We provide care on a first come, first seen basis." However signs on the wall say "Your wait time is not based on when you arrive." and other people may be called in ahead of you... so which is it? Watched numerous people arrive after us and go in before who looked in no worse condition that my son.

I had exactly the same experience when I had turned up for myself previously... wait time is double what the website says.

Website and/or the system clearly needs work and not even close to reasonable. I understand we may need to wait... but if you are going to give us a website with wait times please try and make it accurate... people make decisions based on that info.

The team was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Had an irritated eye for 2 days they had a look, found foreign material inside and were able to get it out.
Very thankful I didn't need to go to hospital emergency.
Thank you ?

The receptionist who is white with short blonde hair is a racist. Waiting time on the web page was 15 mins but I waited for over an hour. And I was still waiting when all patients came after me have received care and left. I speak English fluently and she pretended she couldn’t understand me and gave me a paper to fill out. I filled it out and gave it to her right away. After an hour waiting, that paper was still left next to her computer and she didn’t bother put it into the system. Such microaggressions are not acceptable. I left and went to another walk in centre, where I received treatment in 20 mins and was warmly greeted and welcomed. Shame on that receptionist.

Absolutely pathetic.
They tell you that you are fifth in line and 2 hours later 12 people that came in after you have all gone in,yet you still wait and they tell you that you can't leave and come back pr you lose your place.
Needed a dressing replaced after surgery.
Sat in their pathetic waiting room in pain for over 2 hours before simply giving up and going home to do the dressing myself.
Lived in third world countries for fifteen years and all their health systems leave this place to shame.
This would have taken 20 minutes in Cambodia.
These people should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

Lovely staff and brilliant public service. Centres like this just need more funding so they can offer faster and more comprehensive treatment. Come here often to avoid the cost of my GP.

They force certain persons - like women of colour - to wear face masks. I walked out. The receptionist decided to talk down to me by using the word, 'darling'. Why cannot white Australian women practice proper English and proper manners? IT'S 'MISS' TO YOU, NOT 'DARLING'. I should only be called 'darling' by the man I love. No, you fat old broads, you did not disguise your prejudices and disdain very well. I'm an adult woman who deserves respect. And I will not wear a face mask. Stop being subservient to an evil government. Quit perpetuating the SCAMDEMIC. Flimsy fabric DOES NOT PREVENT anything. Do you know what it does, though? It divides Australians and impedes communication. So get lost - I don't need your clinic. It took too bloody long anyway.

Initial treatment was one & half hours total. Follow up treatment 20 mins in & out. We are so fortunate to have this service available.
