My wife and I have been seeing Dr Jade Dutschke as our family doctor. We are very happy with her. She is personable and down to earth, knowledgeable, thorough, pragmatic, and holistic in her approach. She explains medical concepts well in layman terms and has a genuine welcoming attitude. Furthermore, she considers both physical and physiological aspects when providing assessments and advice. She is lovely and highly recommended.

We adore our Dr Rodney Pierce! He has been our doctor for over 15 years and I would never go else where but to one of his clinics. So careing. So helpful and happy to take on difficult cases! The whole team have allways been kind and considerate.

Not even worth the one star, had a bad experience over 5 years ago now & was treated like crap from Dr & receptionist after they prescribed the wrong medication! Took it further and the Dr was investigated

Would be 5 stars for Dr Megan Lloyd and Dr Luke Billingsley, 1 star for other interactions I've had. It disgusts me that you're refused to be seen when you have cold symptoms, receive a 2 minute telehealth call, and then are charged the full price. Telehealth is a joke and so is the practice done by some of the doctors at this clinic.

I love my doctor here. However, the receptionists seem to have no patience on the phone with clients who are trying to make an appointment. A bit less rudeness and a bit more professionalism on the phone would be appreciated. Thank you.

Depends on doc. our family with them for over 6 years. Yesterday our two normal docs are on leave, so we choose some doc else. she charged over $50 gap fee but only can google . ridiculous!!!
