Excellent Private Lessons

I began taking private Yoga/Pilates lessons with Bronte Wellness. From the very first session, Lauren took a wholistic approach to my specific needs, personalising the sessions to my individual needs, and ensuring that each lesson was a unique and enriching experience.
Lauren shows meticulous attention to detail, guiding me through postures with precision, ensuring that I not only gained flexibility and strength but also cultivated a deeper awareness of my body. I appreciated how she seamlessly integrated both yoga and Pilates into the sessions, enhancing the holistic benefits of each practice.

Lauren is a truely amazing and dedicated teacher. She runs a weekly program at my preschool in which the children thoroughly enjoy and she has the ability to keep the children engaged its entire time. Thank you Lauren for sharing your skills and passion for yoga and teaching with our children.
