I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Jen Wilson today at our GP surgery & i couldn’t have hoped for a more positive experience.
Dr Wilson was kind, empathetic, so easy to talk to & just generally altogether lovely.
Dr Wilson was a breath of fresh air & whilst i dont attend the GP surgery too often I will absolutely make sure my appt is on a Monday when Dr Wilson is working.
A shout out also to the lovely receptionist i dealt with today, Thanks

Health at Dulwich has been one of the best clinics I have ever attended, the receptionists are so welcoming and kind, the doctors are very intelligent and helpful, I highly recommend all the GP’s here!

I had a very frustrating experience at Health at Dulwich, and based on that, I do not recommend as I wouldn't go back there.
My appointmente was with Dr. John Au, that saw me 55 minutes late. I have had a knee dislocation, was using crutches and couldn't bend my knee, so had to unconfortably sit and wait. I have had previous exams done the day before, so was seeking a professional to have a look at the exames and recommend treatment.

After waiting for 55 minutes, the doctor typed the results of the exams on Google, and prescribed me whatever was showing there (physioterapy). I have told him that I had done the same at home, and wouldn't to book a $120 dollars appointment and wait for about 1 hour to get the same response in 5 minutes. After that, I saw he felt the "need" to further check, and did a 3 min physical examination on my knee, but that was it.

It's quite frustrating the lack of actual good/personal service we experience from doctors in Australia, and unfortunately, here I felt the same.

Booked for a 6pm consult. Arrived 10minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork. Was then informed that there might be a 10minute wait (not a problem as I was early).
15min passes and I ask how much longer for the wait, the response was another 10minutes…
It’s now been 35minutes since my 6pm appointment and still haven’t seen the GP. Do they work on a different time?

Just assume your appointment is going to be 30min later than you book. Extremely slow and lacking in the communication department.

Excellent GP practice - elderly parents have needed a new GP practice due to relocation, with complex needs. This practice took them on immediately, had appointment availability, and provided excellent care and communication. We have seen John Au, Melissa Wright and Lian Chen and all have been skilled, thorough, kind and flexible around script and appointment requests. Excellent reception team as well, always helpful and proactive, thank you to the whole team!

I had a negative experience with Dr Alice. The short consult was rushed and I was billed for a long consult. She was condescending in the way she spoke to me and she made recommendations based on very superficial/uninformed observations.
