Absolutely Disgusting Customer Service Skills.
Careless, Rude, Unprofessional.
I have been Chasing paperwork now into the 5th week waiting and about the 21st phone call and still waiting!

Booked an 8.15am appointment. Confirmed by SMS
Cancelled overnight without notifying me. Drove 45mins to get there.
Turned away with minimal explanation.
Judging by there pre-recorded phone message this must happen a lot.

I am rarely sufficiently moved to leave a review, but this was such a waste of mine, my employer’s and my doctor’s time, I feel obliged to warn people. Avoid if possible, go to Sonic Health Plus. Without doing a PHD on this dire little swindle, I presume the government / centrelink must be their bread and butter client, and hence they prefer to shake down the down and out for welfare adjacent dollars, with no respect for peoples time, than to attempt to engage in a timeframe or level of professionalism commensurate with being part of the private sector. Just embarrassing for everyone involved.

Went to this place for medical, weighted their for 30 min, my recommendation, if you are not Australian, I recommend don’t go there, they treat you differently (Racism) if you r immigrants, means not Australian. Specially that one lady sitting on reception. Nurses not so bad, but who ever running this place, need to wake up.

Visited Jobfit today and had an extremely disappointing experience. The receptionist, an older lady, was incredibly rude, as was the nurse conducting the medical exam. It felt as if the staff were competing to see who could provide worse customer service. It's unfortunate to see such experienced staff exhibiting zero customer service skills. No wonder ratings are 2.5

The nurse that completed my screening was lovely. She was very genuine and efficient, explaining everything made me feel very comfortable. The admin where slightly confusing, no welcome and not great customer service skills. Did have to wait around half an hour even though I had a scheduled appointment? Couldn’t help but notice almost every wall and door needed a good clean! Regardless good experience thanks!

The nurse that attended me was so good but the problem is I waited for more than a hour for my turn. I had appointment at 2:20 but finally was called at 3:25. Can do better in that.

Such a friendly staff. The receptionist Jane was absolutely lovely and explained to me the process. I was assessed by Brett who was terrific. He ran me through each stage with detail. Everything was done completed in a timely manner.
