Dr Kate Oaten is the most holistic, caring and knowledgeable GP I have known. Other Gps seem great and also the admin team. Would thoroughly recommend this practice.

Very disappointed with the service at this clinic. I had a mental health care plan created for me which I paid a fair amount for, appointment wise. I attempted to use my plan at a psychology clinic to be told that the gp had incorrectly entered the wrong line number. I called the gp clinic to ask if there was any way this issue could be amended as my gp had now moved interstate and that I would miss out on my rebate if not corrected. The clinic told me that not only could they not fix the issue but I would need to pay for another long appointment to have another mental health care plan completed. I am now hundreds of dollars out of pocket at no fault of my own. The way this was handled with little compassion has been incredibly disappointing.

I only started going to this practice because my long term doctor moved there. He ended up leaving the clinic to go to somewhere better. Unfortunately he moved interstate. Any doctors that seem to be OK are not taking on any more patients which leaves only all the mediocre doctors. I rang the reception when their appointment Website was not working. Rude unhelpful staff seemed to be put out. I booked an appointment with a doctor I hadn't seen before. I arrived on time only to see another patient who arrived twenty minutes after my time slot go in ahead of me. Waited over an hour only to have the doctor not call my name out but instead asked the receptionist to ring me. When I answered my phone I informed the receptionist I was sitting across the room from her. The doctor then ushered another patient that had just arrived in front of me. I was then informed that I would be seen after that patient even though the doctor was standing right near me. I walked out in frustration not getting my scripts renewed or getting my blood test results from the previous doctor that had moved to the practice a short time before but had left in the meantime. Wise decision on his part. I will not be going back as they have nothing to offer anybody looking for long term care in a professionally run clinic.

We’ve had Dr Mark Rogers now for about a decade and I am so grateful to have had him as our GP. He is kind, empathic, patient and just a beautiful man. I am so grateful he can now be our newborn’s GP! He is absolutely a wonderful GP!

Would not recommend this place if needing urgent care. Don’t even bother about mental health medications, there are plenty of more understanding doctors at other clinics out there that are more compassionate and are willing to help.

Had a potential sprained/broken ankle and felt popping/cracking sensation when I rolled it, saw Dr Roger’s for an assessment in 2021, no test done he simply looked at it and said it’s a minor sprain and laughed saying I’ll be fine. 3 years on I’ve now injured that same ankle only to be referred for an xray and told I’ve had a previous break that was not treated causing weakness and instability resulting in my current injury. Very disappointed knowing the proper treatment could have prevented this.

Doctor Mack is FANTASTIC. Always helps and knows EXACTLY what the issues is and how to treat them.
The reception staff are lovely. No idea what the other reviews are on about. They are there to help, you come in with a negative attitude, you’ll get it right back!
Been to this clinic for some years and never had an issue with Mack or the front desk staff.

Was charged $80 for a following appointment because the other dr wasn’t available and they didn’t know when they’d be back. I was not told there would be a charge. Spent 3 minutes talking a guy about a blood test and that was it. Tried to ask about another issue and he shrugged and laughed saying “huh yea that’s weird idk”. Seriously unprofessional. When I went up to the counter the receptionist told me the price and I asked why it was so much considering it was a follow up appointment and I spoke to him for so little time and she rolled her eyes at me. In terms of the receptionists I have seen one who’s kind but the others are always so rude and hung up the phone. This centre has also called me 5 times, texted once and sent mail to my address within the span of a couple days for me to even book the appointment. I answered the first call and the girl said it wasn’t urgent so I was going to leave it but after the barrage of contact I had to schedule it earlier than I wanted. This wouldn’t have been such an issue if the original dr just called me and told me the results.
