I booked my appointment (that I had been dreading due to the area concerned) 7 months in advance and arrived 15 minutes early as requested. After checking in, I was made to wait for 40 minutes, only to then be informed that my appointment had been forgotten due to a computing error and I would need to reschedule. They offered to see me 6 hours later that day, but I couldn't make it due to work commitments and the long distance I had travelled. Now I'm concerned about having to wait another 7 months and the potential health risks. The thought of going back or starting this process again somewhere else is causing me extreme anxiety so I feel screwed either way. Cheers Mole Checks

My wife had received treatment previously in the UK, which was not entirely satisfactory. A check with Molechecks Australia revealed two basal cell carcinomas in the previously treated location that were subsequently excised and skin grafted satisfactorily. Only time will tell if the treatment lasts well, but at this stage, there's no reason to suspect that it will not. If ever I need treatment, I would look nowhere else.

Thorough yearly scans for piece of mind, no suprise to hear that catch lots of early melanoma! Very friendly customer focused care, great little known service. Skip online bookings which needs fixing, phone bookings the way to go but sounds like they can get pretty busy!

Great staff, but I'm sure that no one likes to waste their life away in the waiting room. Bad time management here. Had to wait 45 min for a small 15 min appointment. Other than that, very good.

Medical staff are great but front desk staff are disorganized. Took time off with, drove an hour to get to my appt only to find that the doctor isn't even at the clinic today. The staff then had the gall to try and charge me for another patient's appointment earlier in the day when I had only just arrived. This is the 3td time this has happened, doctors here are great but the front desk staff are shocking
