The team at Prostek are next level, they always go above and beyond for their clients. Nothing is too much trouble at all. My prosthesist Claire from Prostek Mile End SA is absolutely amazing and such a beautiful person, she has been my rock and helped me so much and made my life so much better with all my prosthetic needs. If I have any issues she will try new things to try and eliminate any issues I might be having, as every person is different and not one size fits all etc. I would highly recommend the whole team from Prostek, from the beautiful reception staff to all of the prosthesists I couldn't ask for a better team.

Been coming to prostek for a 3 years now. Very knowledgeable & always accomidating to my special requests & questions on the latest technology so I can live my best life. Claire has got me back playing baseball again with an amazing sporting leg so I can run & worked with my random requests & ideas or a special custom stump protector that straps securely to my sled so I can play Para Ice Hockey for Australia. Can't speak highly enough of Clair & the team at Prostek!!!

Having received results late in the day about a fractured wrist I rang Prostek at 4pm on a Friday and they made the effort to fit me in. The team were absolute legends and the whole experience was as good as it gets. Rarely is customer service as good as what I experience with these guys. Really grateful. It’s a thumbs up from me, not that it could be anything else right now!!!

Outstanding service provided by the staff at Prostek!

The girls at the front desk are always very friendly and go the extra mile to help.

Steve is by far the most professional prosthetist around and has always made me the best fitting, most comfortable AK prosthetics I have ever had!
He always goes above and beyond to ensure my prosthesis is fitting perfectly and I’m happy with the overall outcome! I have never been more physically active than now due to Steve’s great work!
I have no hesitation in recommending Prostek for anyone that needs their services!

I have to say that it has been a long time since I last been to Prostek 2015. My AFO is still going. I had an issue with the strap and a bolt. Went in for minor repairs. The ladies at the counter seriously were outstanding. Were happy to accommodate me. I provided them with my brace they had it fixed and I was on my way. The product is fantastic the service is great. Highly recommend. Easiest 5 Stars I have provided on google reviews.

I have been a client at Prostek since 1984 and have been looked after by Steve now for many years since he joined Prostek. I simply wouldn't go anywhere else. I look forward to my visits to Prostek (I live in the country) as I am not only treated with an exceptional level of professionalism and compassion but also as a friend by all staff. Sound advice, lateral thinking, highly professional workmanship and a caring attitude are hallmarks of what you receive at Prostek. Brilliant!!

I am very happy with Prostek and the staff are more than friendly and helpful. They always work with you so that your appointments work within your time frame the best they can. A great Prosthetic team with lots of parking and easy access. Experienced team that answer all your questions and make it a pleasant experience.
