Very negative interaction with one of the main advocates of the State Government as they using the sealing of the school of psychology of the University of Adelaide. I received a letter of decline for help and assistance on actual no grounds but a judgemental opinion and some unrelated matters what the service is offering and what not .I leave alone I have no family here and recently I lost my mother from an aggressive form of brain cancer. My complaint is specific the service decline support on unreal grounds and without giving recommendations to the GP only a note that I should be informed that I can't contact the service to request a review or a redirection to a private psychologist although without me to have the financial capability to do that .The service given speculations only how and what I did after my last interaction with mental health services in south Australia and if I had and private sector support and diagnosis relevant with me and my needs .The decline letter I received is unexpectedly wrong but I do accepting it and taking there note seriously towards my GP that since a referral is been declined no advice to the client is acceptable by them and or additional features of a legal clause. One extra pressure for me I assume to fight for dignity and better communities that do really care

A fantastic service for people with anxiety and depression.
My experience with CTAD was nothing but positive as the front desk staff are always welcoming and the councilors there go above and beyond in guiding you through different phases of treatment.
They have a different intake of councilors every few months and I am very thankful to both Katie and David who were both extremely insightful, patient and friendly.
I never once felt like I was being rushed or that my time was "up", the staff there are fantastic.
You need a doctors referral but would highly recommend to anyone who has been struggling and may not be able to afford other psychological services.
