Our whole family has been seeing Dr. Alla Maynard for several years now, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her care. She is an incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate GP who always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. Whether it’s a routine check-up or something more complex, we always feel confident and well looked after. Highly recommended!

I have been visiting All care Melrose Pk for a number of years. I find the reception staff to be friendly,professional and accommodating with appointments. It's a busy practice so I understand at times you may need to wait a bit. Very happy with my Dr. He knows my history and I like the continuity between Dr./Patient. I have given 4 stars as there is always room for improvement.

This was my First time at Allcare Medical Centre. Dr De Villiers was friendly, helpful and listened to what I needed. He walked through our plan and gave me plenty of assurance. Unlike most doctors, he took the time to help and I didn't feel like a burden crammed into a tight time frame 🙂

Wait time was horrendous 2+ hours after the scheduled appointment, no order as to who goes first even if yours was the earlier time frame, the doctor was taking several personal calls… which could explain the late time frame. No excuses though. The staff at the front desk were delightful and helpful, no matter how tired they looked they still provided greetings and friendly customer service.
The doctor I saw, who was helpful and straight with me was also the same doctor who I’ve never before seen take a personal call during any consultation with my family.
If Dr Ismail was having a family emergency then she should not have showed up for work and stayed home. Her delay and on top of everything else only added to the stress that was accumulating towards the end of the day.

Saw Dr. Jana here a few times and she was good. She unfortunately left the practice. Avoid Dr. Steven Koh as he refused to give me a full blood test request because it's "not necessary and Medicare is going broke" and was overall rude and dismissive.

I visited Allcare Medical Centre on Saturday 22 Feb 2025 and was seen by Dr Noble. The admin staff (Linda and another staff member) were very friendly and helpful. Despite it being a very busy clinic, Dr Noble was friendly, thorough and professional. He organised a referral to a specialist service for me, povided a medication prescription, and made me feel very supported. I highly recommend this service. Andrew

These people are just ripping off Pensioners with there over priced consultation fees.
They had the cheek to charge me $175 for a 10 minute consultation for a vehicle licence checkup and said no bulk billing could be applied. I went down to Marion Medical centre and they quoted me a free consultation for the same thing providing I had a concession card, otherwise it would be bulk billed with a $40 gap!
And just read other reviews and as I saw Dr Ismail too, agree with the short impatient unhelpful and unfriendly meeting with her!
