Got rid of the ECPs in my region and didn’t tell me, my son was relying on his ECP for school support and now he has nothing. I called them, they didn’t call back with an answer after stating they would.. so I called back to be told there’s no further appointments and that there’s no one to help. He really cared and enjoyed his appointments. They had no offer to replace his support with an OT for months. How can you do this to families and not atleast email with what’s happened and a plan forward? Why do I need to call confused because there’s no one showing up at his weekly appointments and he misses his specific ECP? Disgusting and really disappointed. He needed her and I felt so reassured knowing he had someone there for him at school. Horribly managed.

The therapist we have used have all been brilliant.
The charges, however, are ridiculous. Felt like I was being billed by a lawyer.
The session and the travel would be almost the same cost. Being charged for emails on top of what you pay already hurt. If you use them, make sure you ask lots of questions about exactly what they will charge you for. I have moved to another place, still travel to me. The cost for the session is still less and no hidden charges for anything. If they want to do an updated therapy plan, you get a written consent for the charge BEFORE it happens.
Shame the company seems to be profit driven because the face to face people are lovely.

Ah yeah so not the best experience. They billed me, their disabled client, for cancelling but not giving 24 hrs notice *during that nationwide outage*. Appts are booked months in advance with a reminder only sent a few hours prior. I felt sorry for the employee they sent to my house after I withdrew my services and cancelled everything. So silly.

Communication at National360 is really bad and if you don't like stress I would recommend that you go elsewhere. You deserve better.

I have not had the pleasure of attending National 360 at their premises but have found that dealing with them as a business they are professional and connected. I have been fortunate to require the help of a very good physiotherapist by the name of Charlie who I would recommend. He is an asset to the company. He is informed and excellent in his work and made every effort to keep me mobile in my later years. To National 360 I would say Thank you and keep up the terrific job you do.

I called this no left message no reply, waited till after holiday break, business says it is open called again no answer same answering machine message. Should put on line closed till ? not show open closes at 5pm and no answer when you call. Very Frustrating.
