Absolutely disgusted. That old blonde Nurse was so Rude. It felt like a military exercise getting a standard medical.I honestly am so surprised there is not more complaints about this women I was spoken to various times like I was a burden on her and just like I was a peasant.I heard the staff talking about another worker I work with, that had just come in prior to me in a very unprofessional manner. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Go to a reputable place like Jobfit or anywhere else!

I had to do a comprehensive medical with Dixon. He was fantastic, friendly, caring, helpful, explaining each part of the process along the way. He made what could be a difficult experience into an effortless seamless process. Congratulations Dixon on a solid professional job.

So unprofessional and rude. A sign on the reception desk states that if you've been waiting for more than 20 minutes, please let us know. So after waiting 45 minutes, I approached the desk to politely enquire as to when I would be seen. I was very rudely told "it could be 10 minutes, it could be 50 minutes and that since you're waiting for a medical for a job, you have no option but to wait". The medical was for a short term contract at a new site but I actually am self employed and run a successful company so I could have utilised my waiting time better by returning phone calls etc (which I would have happily done outside - I don't think it's acceptable to sit and make phone calls in someone else's waiting room). Apart from the way I was spoken to, I could overhear a supervisor poorly handling a staff matter (a complaint had been made about a staff member, so the supervisor had gone to address the person that had been complained about) - lots of yelling and profanity going on. Very unprofessional.

I have been seeing Dr Tshirn & Dr Sabine at Work Air since
February 2015.
I am so fortunate that i found
Dr Tshirn, he has gone above & beyond for me which have resulted in helping me to heal from major surgery aswell as cope with some Personal
loss & grief due to domestic violence.
Since day 1 of being under his care & that of Dr Sabine ive always been treated kindly & with genuine care.
At times Work Air can be extremely busy which i think is because of how good his practice is & the care & time he gives to his patients.
No One likes going to the doctor however when i go for my appointments I am always treated with kindness & respect by all the reception staff & with the help of their professionalism & ongoing support Ive been able to stay positive & determined to get my life back on track.
I used to live nearby the clinic however I now live atleast a 45 minute drive away.
No matter how far i have to travel I will continue to see
Dr Tschirn & his team.
It is really hard these days to find a GP & Specialist that you can trust with your life so i consider myself to be very fortunate that I am a patient & in the care of Dr Tshirn & his team at Work Air.

Very very rude! Currently sitting in the waiting room listening to the woman behind the desk speak horribly about there patients! Consideration is the key! Very very unprofessional! If you don't like the attitude there patients are giving you, why are these people working here? Very confused! I'd never recommend this place to anyone!

Very bad service would never recommend. i got 4 x Q- fever shots for my workers 3 of my workers only received the q-fever shots but still got charged for 4. i was told i would get a refund for several months. the only thing i got was an email stating they have been advised by there legal team that they can not do refunds. these people are a scam.

had to go here for work clearance.
Waited a minimum 45mins because apparently the doctor never shows up on time receptionists said.
Waiting room was completely full others saying they’re always waiting for the doctor to show up as he’s always late.
