Dr Adnand is a magical DR, I have being going to him for 8 years , he really listens and remembers everything.
I felt very safe and resssured with his with my experiences with him .

Not at all happy with Dr. Anand. I have contact dermatitis. Which was his first guess after I showed him photos of what’s happening with my skin. But still he did blood test of atopic dermatitis and food allergy tests and told me that you have nothing to worry about (of course not at that point). He still kept me on medication during which my skin condition got worse. But he did LED therapy which was complete waste of my time and money. I think he mainly focuses on aesthetics rather than practical considerations. He should have referred me to Dermatologist which he didn’t do and kept saying to take meds. My condition got so worse that I had to run to another GP and he referred me to dermatologist and I was diagnosed with contact dermatitis. Felt like a complete waste of my time and money.

I took my 18 month old daughter to Family Health on Highway for the first time following a fall. We also had to get her eczema scripts refilled. We saw Dr Michael Lee for our first visit there. My daughter usually screams at the sight of anyone but her parents but she did not shed one tear on her visit. Dr Lee was very gentle and professional. He shared a lot of knowledge regarding good moisturiser to assist with her eczema and was very reassuring in regards to her injuries from her fall. Upon leaving he noticed she had a few mosquito bites and offered us advice on this too. We will definitely come back to Dr Lee and would recommend him to any families in the area. The reception staff are also lovely.

Third time waiting an hour for Dr Rajan. It’s fair to say time management isn’t his thing. Had to leave without seeing anyone for a script. I even rang to see how far behind he was and the girl said come at 2:45 will be fine. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this clinic for anyone that has their own busy schedule. Pathetic

I followed my doctor from another surgery. Dr Michael Lee. He is a great doctor , caring , listens and understanding. I put my family and friends on to him and the clinic. When I was away i had to see another doctor he was lovely as well and followed my normal doctors plan.

The premise is nice and new. Went there to have 4 month vaccine for my son. Booked early morning appointment and waited very long time I had to leave to my work. Assuming the doctor starting ar 0900 why did it take too long for a 0930 appointment?
I don’t think I will go there anytime soon.

Really pleased with the service at the clinic. Girl at the reception accommodated my little one as she was not well. Dr Anand took time to listen and explain things. Really pleased and happy. Thanks for providing a great service.
