My mum had her first physiotherapy session today for joint pain, and we were very impressed with the experience. The physiotherapist (Tom) was kind, professional, and took the time to thoroughly assess her condition. They explained everything clearly and made her feel comfortable throughout the session. She already feels optimistic about her treatment plan, and we’re looking forward to seeing improvements. The clinic had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was very supportive. A great start to her recovery.

All staff are very friendly and helpful. I really like my GP as he is willing to listen, explains everything well . He is happy to say that he is not sure and he might need to check up on something. All qualities I like to see in my favourite GP. I love this well run clinic.

What can I say? Today was a repeat of previous appointments.The staff are always respectful, compassionate and welcoming. The doctors are second to none. The practice is clean and fresh. I personally would not go anywhere else. Signal Health has a "family doctor" feel.

Have been a client for several years now. Also a great bonus is blood collection seviceand a dressings nurse. Apart from the usual long wait for my appointment, everything else has gone smoothly. Staff on entry and departure are efficent and cheerful. My appointment with my Dr, addressed my needs and requests. Although l forgot to ask for my flu and COVID injections. Will need to make another appointment for my vaccinations.
I would highly recommend this great clinlc.

I see Dr Kellie very regularly and have to say my experience is always so professional.
The staff are so very kind and considerate.
Dr Kellie always goes above and beyond with his care for me, and even squeezing me in for additional appointments if I need them.
The facility is always hygienic and clean.

Often had a tough time getting an appointment when I'm actually sick—there are often not any slots available on the day.

They advertise being open until 5 PM, but shut earlier. When I call, they say it’s after hours. If you're going to advertise specific hours, you should stick to them or update the info. Plus, the doctors keep changing and it seems impossible to find a regular one with availability. Reception has promised call-backs for the next day to give me results, but the call never came.

Can be frustrating but that’s the deal these days.
