I have been working with Paula for 4 months now and I have seen such a transformation and deep connection to my authentic self unfold over that time.

I came to her after a hospital stay due to autistic burnout and suicidal ideation and since that time we have been working together to clear energy from my body, with a focus on grounding and connecting to mother earth. We have used a range of healing modalities including past life healing and sound healing therapies.

Paula creates a safe and welcoming environment and is so passionate about helping people to clear the muk and live a clearing and calmer life.

During my time with Paula I have been able to develop deeper connection with myself and with my daughter. I am coming more from a place of love over fear and I am looking forward to working with her well into the future.

Paula freely and lovingly shares her knowledge with her clients and it is clear she is living in her purpose.

My daughter has also been attending fortnightly sessions with Paula in the form of play and energy therapy and in this time she has grown her self confidence and ability to be able to identify, acknowledge and move feelings in her body.

Paula has created a safe and nurturing space for children living with Autism and it is clean that her lived experience is a valuable asset to her work.

I have done quite a few different type of sessions with Paula and she is an amazing healer and also facilitator for group events. The space is so peaceful and welcoming.
I have just done a colour therapy session with Paula which had some surprises for me as to my life path number and colours my name has in it. These colours in my name had a surprising element which helped make some childhood challenges make much more sense.
