I’ve been coming here consistently as part of my self-care, and it’s been truly healing. Hiro is an amazing therapist; she knows exactly how to relieve tension and has been a huge help in my recovery. For months, I’ve been getting 60-minute deep tissue and remedial therapy sessions, and she does an incredible job releasing the tightness in my lower back muscles caused by my sedentary lifestyle. She understands exactly what I need, and if you communicate with the team, you’ll walk away with even more than you expected. The one recently opened near the city is also absolutely stunning. The interior and atmosphere speak for themselves!

I’ve been coming to HAKU since May 2019 on a regular basis - Koko and Hiro have always shown me kindness and have looked after me very well over the years.
They always take the time to understand what I need that day and always make me feel very comfortable during my visits.
From the moment you enter the HAKU space you’ll know it’s time to slow down and fully relax.
Koko and Hiro are exceptional therapists who are highly skilled and truly have the magical touch, as are the rest of the team whom I have no doubt are excellent therapists as well. Reception staff is also always welcoming and friendly 🙂

I’ve started coming to the Halifax branch since its opening and will say it’s now my new favourite space to be at! There is a beautiful Japanese garden located at the back - don’t miss it when you do come in - it’ll feel like you’ve entered a different world 🙂

I’ve shared HAKU with so many of my dear friends and family, and would like more people to know about them so that many others can embark on their healing journey with truly exceptional massage therapy.

I booked a remedial massage with Jun and I can honestly say, it was the best massage I’ve had in my life. I suffer from tension migraines and have multiple knots all over my upper back and neck, Jun was very spot on with finding them! Super friendly staff and great atmosphere! Next time I come from Melbourne, I’ll definitely visit 🙂

I had a 90 minute massage with my two 6 year old twins. I have had many massages but this was by far one of the best! Thank you so much Yoo! You really treated the problem areas properly. My 6 year old daughter asked straight away if we could come back tomorrow. As soon as we are back here we will definitely come back.

Lovely Staff, been several times and massages are really nice. Only star I didn't give was because a voucher I used recently, the price had gone up for full body massage since I was given it and they made me pay extra to use it.

Thumbs up to Haku for their 8 years of quality services! Authentic Japanese massage and wellness centre. Excellent service and atmosphere. Love that they also offer couple massage. Have been with them since 2023. Would highly recommend the place to anyone who want to boost their wellbeing 👍🏻
