House of Healing has been the best naturopath I have ever been to who can actually identify and help with the root causes of what’s going on in my body. I have always love the Vega testing and Jess and Deb have such an amazing way they test and support you to heal and get your health back.

Last year I lost a lot of hair and was so lost in finding out what was causing it after seeing so many different people. House of Healing helped illuminate all the things contributing to that and now only a few months later my hair is growing back!!! Not to mention all the other ways my health has improved like more energy and mental clarity.

This absolutely works! One month in and there have been significant changes in me.
For a guy that works long hours and shift work I noticed more struggles in recovery, concentration and overall how i felt. Thanks to Deb Rugari and The House of Healing team , they have put me on a program where its changed/refreshed me.
I'm sleeping much better which for me is very important.
It still takes little bit of discipline to achieve some of the goals but its fairly easy.
I recommend The House of Healing for people that want change, feel younger, healthier..example would be people in the mining industry as long hours, shift work and diets are/can be of an issue.

I would like to share my successful experience of lymphatic drainage massage therapy at Bamboo Day Spa / House of Healing, Walkerville.

Prior to this treatment I was post pregnant 1 month. Before my pregnancy I was my goal weight and living a healthy & active lifestyle. Hence conceiving. Unfortunately I gained a lot of weight & fluid during my pregnancy alongside high blood pressure. This combination caused me to have borderline preeclampsia & therefore I was induced at 37 weeks. My hospital stay was a long week because of severe swelling in my legs. The treatment at the time was a waiting game that consisted of elevating my legs and compression tights. Very hard when trying to breast feed a new born and wanting to carry & take him home. Three weeks had passed and I was able to walk to the end of the street however still in pain due to lymphedema (swelling).

To my luck a neighbour saw me struggling to walk with my baby & highly recommended Luzalba at Walkerville. I booked in for a consultation. Luzalba was able to offer me immediate treatment which consisted of 10 60 min sessions, 3-4 times a week.
During this time the fluid has been disappearing. It has made my recovery feel like a miracle. After just the first session I went on an hour walk. Something I didn't think would happen for months. Luzalbas treatment and advice to continue exercising plus a healthy diet has paid off. I fit into my shoes again, feel lighter & the kilos are falling away, thanks to being able to move my body again.

To ensure my mobility stays intact I am going to continue the treatment and highly recommend it to any one with a problem of swelling/fluid retention. As soon as you walk into Bamboo Day Spa/ House of Healing you will be welcomed and feel comfortable by the Zen like surroundings. Thank you to the extremely friendly staff for personalising appointments to my needs. Every time I leave I feel better than when I arrived.

Hard to find. Had a gift voucher which receptionist had no idea what to do with, insisted on me paying prior to my foot massage. She wasn't able to process my $50 voucher, fee was $60, so I paid the extra $10 and she said she would sort it with the manager whilst I had my foot massage which I was now late for!! After my 30minute foot massage, the receptionist informs me my voucher had expired and that I will have to pay the $50!!!!!! Issued in 2019 with 3 year expiry, unable to use last year due to Covid when I tried, still nowhere near expiry. I said I am not paying and walked out speechless, probably need to report them, not happy.

On receiving end of 2 MVA's with injuries and ongoing pain...UNTIL I went to the House of Healing at Walkerville and had Vega Testing. It is specific, detailed and extensive, determining what foods are causing inflammation in your body, hence resulting in pain. Grateful for their level of expertise. My personal experience, applied their advice and now pain free. 👐

The perfect combination of firm but relaxing massage using coconut oil in tranquil surroundings.A beautiful experience all round from the moment I walked into Reception.....cant wait for my next appointment!
