I am almost 70. Over the years I have punished my body and have osteoarthritis. 4 odd years ago my lower back seized up and I have had regular physio since which was OK. My daughter gave me a massage voucher at Higher Health and after having about 4 regular massages I feel amazing. My hips have loosened up and so much pain has gone. I feel 10 years younger.
