I’m impressed with this medical centre! I’ve been going here for approximately two years now. The doctors are great! Very punctual most of the time. Everyone is very friendly and helpful,doctors nurses and of course the receptionists. Nothing is too much trouble! Above average medical care! I find it very convenient to have Pathology testing Clinpath and podiatrist and pharmacy all in the one building! I’ve been to a lot of clinics in my time and this one is outstanding! 😃

Not helpful GP that couldn’t even get my name right. It was totally different name when she called out for me. I’m only giving 2 stars cause she didn’t charge me after she couldn’t help me. I’m new to this practice and she wasn’t interested in trying to retain new patients for future visit. No empathy nor helpful. Be prepared to also wait as they don’t run on time and you need to have a negative RAT within 24 hours. Only go there if you know a specific good GP. I would be better off staying at home.

STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!

Wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone! My wife had a last second appointment with Doc Uri, went in and had a chat unfortunately he did know what my wife was talking about. she had to get the information up on her phone. after this he said the chemist would have what she wanted. so she rang up and straight away they said yes, most chemist would.

pretty much she did all his work for him and he didn't know what he was doing so they charged her $99 for a visit that she did all his work. seems like a money hungry practice.

The lady this morning at the front desk with the lovely green nails was probably the friendliest staff member I’ve encountered at any medical centre in a while! Was very approachable and helpful. Will definitely be making this my regular clinic from now on.

Doctor told me I should go to my regular doctor (but they had left the other surgery). So Thought I’d give this practice another try. This “new” Doctor told me he specialises in children’s problems, not mine. So when I rang and made appointment why wasn’t I informed of this. $99.00 less meagre Medicare rebate. Not worth it.

My appointment that I booked a montha go was cancelled and rescheduled for august, which is another month, you can reschedule my appointment if the doctor isn't available but you should do that in ln like a week not another month since it's your fault.

I booked 5 weeks ago with a doctor, 1 day before e
my appointment they called my to reschedule as the doctor can't come the next day, my rescheduled appointment is a month away. Better go somewhere else where they respect that patients don't have the luxury of time to wait in pain to see doctors.

The Medical Centre disposed of my vaccine due to a power failure although this was not necessary as it can be kept out in the open for up to 24 hours. The vaccine is very expensive, and reception did not bother contacting me until a few days later. They even had the audacity to lie to me, claiming they had tried to call. Only these calls never came through..
