I had an amazing experience with Cathryn and her acupuncture treatments for inducing labour. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making the entire process comfortable and reassuring. I have used her services for my last two pregnancies, and both times, the acupuncture helped progress labour smoothly and efficiently, leading to quick and easy deliveries. I highly recommend Cathryn to any expecting mothers looking for a natural and supportive way to prepare for birth!

100% recommend to anyone to improve general health and any female fertility issues, pain and hormone imbalances. I initially seen Cathryn for acupuncture post endometriosis surgery including left ovary removal. As i was advised by the specialist my chances of becoming pregnant naturally were small along with a very low egg count. I heard acupuncture could suppress endometriosis growth, pain and increase my fertility. After almost 1 year of regular acupuncture and supplementation to increase fertility via Cathryn. Along with a random oral steroidal treatment for sinusitis from my GP (that i later found out also increases implantation). I fell pregnant within 1 month!. With no pressure and minimal ovulation tracking. Just supplements, acupuncture (all guided by Cathryn). Along with yoga and a small glimmer of hope.

Cathryn provided acupuncture and supplementation throughout the majority of my pregnancy and despite having essential htn, celiacs and being over 35yo. I never experiences preeclampsia once!. I was unfortunately induced due to these reason however am now living my dream as a new Mum!. I look forward to visiting Cathryn again when back in Adelaide. Anyone being told the worst by fertility specialists please consider these options first and don’t give up hope entirely. It can happen 💕💕

I would highly recommend seeing Cathryn, she is the best! I have been suffering with endometriosis for 20 years and seeing her for a month has reduced my pain significantly, almost no pain during my last cycle. I can't believe it, it has been a life changing experience to me. All those years before suffering and taking pain medications to being able to function, I only wish I had come to see her sooner. I can't thank her enough! The moment you walk in you have been taken care of, she makes you feel so comfortable, the level of care is 5 out of 5. Highly recommend her!
