I’ve seen Dr. Balouch a few times now and have been consistently impressed with the level of care she provides. She’s incredibly thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring in her approach. It’s clear that she takes the time to listen and ensure nothing is overlooked. I always feel well looked after and confident in the care I receive from her. Highly recommend her as a GP!

I have been seeing Dr Jess Donaghue for routine appointments over the past few years and they have been wonderful and always very kind and helpful. Recently I've seen Dr Summaya Balouch also at this practice who has gone above and beyond to help me with the health checks and vaccine requirements for my nursing studies. The reception staff are also always so friendly to me over the phone and in person, even when I have called right before they close for the day. I would highly recommend this practice. - Nixy

I had a terrible experience with a doctor Jessica donaghue, only examined me because I asked and requested tests because I insisted. Her demeanor was strange and apathetic; I don’t understand how she became a doctor.

Zero experience; she considers nothing at all. It was a complete waste of time and money.

I was completely disappointed. She received my test results, knowing my urgency, but didn’t communicate them to me. Both appointments were over an hour late.

I can't speak highly enough of Dr Balouch. She listens, checks that we understand each other, and we are making practical steps towards health.

Unfortunately, a doctor who I was seeing for an extended period has turned from a warm, caring and sympathetic doctor to one who was extraordinarily callous, cold, and rude. Concerning turn of events considering one of their specialties are supposedly on taking care of the mentally ill. I've since changed GP's and am happier since.

Piggy backing of other reviews, the receptionist(s) can be rude at times but I've had largely positive experiences with them and I chalk my experiences of the occasional rudeness as unintended. That said, I also witnessed instances where their rudeness, and handling of situations, probably could've been better handled.

Overall, had it not been for my doctor, I probably would've still be attending this clinic.

Very very upset with my visit.
It was clear I was very sick by slumping in my chair.The Staff and the Dr just walked by leaving me to suffer. The wait for my appt was painful and I thought I was going to pass out.
The lack of compassion was astounding.

Receptionist are shockingly rude, with the exception of 1 whose name I sadly can’t recall. Do better, have empathy otherwise leave the industry because it’s really quite dehumanising. I’ve never been treated in such an unimportant and dismissive manner before I came to this clinic. I hope you feel ashamed.
