I visited Adelaide Health Care today for the first time and saw Dr Evans. I was happily impressed with the quality of care and advice. The staff at reception were also very nice and helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good GP and will definitely keep going there myself.

Excellent doctors practice. We called in the morning regarding an appointment for my son (3 years old) and got one on the same day. The doctor had a great manner and my son felt very comfortable being treated by him. We got a referral letter to the hospital and good advice. Thank you.

Dr Evans was a delight. Made me feel super comfortable and welcomed. It was evident she cared and made sure to cover all bases in depth. Unfortunately a very expensive GP appointment but you get what you pay for i guess!

Waited nearly an hour to see the doctor. At no stage was I advised that the doctor was running an hour late. Don't bother making an appointment as time clearly has no meaning to this practice and their time is clearly seen as more important than anyone else's.

Called me 2 hours before my appointment to inform me of fees, after already organising time off work for this I had no choice but to accept. The consultation I had booked in for was also not what I received and the CDM plan I was told would be arranged within the same appointment, was not provided. Both of my reasons for the consultation were not met in the consult. They also spent precisely 20 minutes with me, with 3-5 minutes of that time spent to data process from the form they required me to fill out. They charged under MBS Item 36, whilst arguably not meeting the requirements to do so, "at least 20 minutes" is the requirement. I was also informed the next available appointment to receive my CDM plan would be the 2nd of June. I have never had to book an additional consultation for a care plan in my life, its egregious they believe this is acceptable. It’s clear this is a for profit practice that wants to inconvenience patients in the pursuit of profit. I have three doctors in my close family who are dismayed at the treatment I received.
