I had them look into my opthamology problems.a total waste of time.all secret squirrel. To busy covering up the issues and the doctors.no consultation with myself.they are as incompetent as the people they are trying to protect.

Don't waste your time. Two years of passing the complaint back and forth, lies, stories twisted to suit the agenda of the hospital staff involved. Who also sadly all band together in lies to suit their agenda also. I think they all play along with you because they have to, but knowing full well the complaint won't be taken seriously in the end anyway. Unless someone has died of course. Other than that, they have no purpose. Horrible people. In the end your so fed up you haven't the energy to take it further. And they know it

Weakest organisation on the earth , infact they are used to with it , like whatever I was saying that lady was like sorry we can’t do anything , they should announce officially on website that we are too weak , don’t expect anything from us.
