I giving 1 star review because i cant give -star review. I was seeing Dr Ang for about 3 maybe 4 years and now I'm being screened on when I can see the doctor or not or because for some no reason they're saying that I've been been screened and I have no idea why and now I'm having to find a new doctor because I cant see Dr Ang is not going to see me because I'm being screened and I needed to see the doctor ASAP according to the physio and I have degenerative Nerve syndrome in my neck I have spinal arthritis on the L4 L5 vertebrae and I've just recently got over 2 cases of bursitis. One in my right shoulder 3 to 4 months ago and then my left shoulder roughly about a month ago and so I can't even see the doctor to get a change of pain medication that I'm currently taking all because I'm being screened and I don't understand why they have done this because I've been seeing the doctor for 3 or 4 years now since I moved into the area 2020.

The staff at Castle Medical Centre impressed me with their exceptional service in managing my online booking. The doctor is very nice, the environment was clean and the service was truly five stars. Highly recommend!!!

Had a very bad experience after cancelling my appointment when I try to call and book an appointment they are not picking up call not only once, I called them for 4 days continuously and then I walk over there and book the appointment because my test results with them, I don’t know why they are not caring patients.

This clinic is late for even their tele-medicine appointments, never call back and waste patients times.

I just saw Dr.Ang for the first time and I am truly impressed. Let’s just say that he made sure he could do everything possible for me and I left feeling that I was in good hands with the right treatment and referrals. I will make sure to make this clinic my first port of call if I am unwell and need medical advice. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful too. A big five stars to the team!

First time in here, even the waiting time was a bit long, the service experience was great. Dr Ng is really patient and professional, she kindly answered all my concerns and make me feel better. Will definitely recommend to everyone.
